Free Self-Defense Class for Women and Teenage Girls

Saturdays, February 6, 20 and 27, March 6 and 20, 12:30--2:30 pm

Learn how to be safe, how to communicate effectively, and how to fight off an attacker if the situation arises.

Classes will be taught by 30-year veteran self defense trainer, Cheryl Cesta.

Thanks to Tri-County Mental Health and Counseling's Sexual Assault Prevention Program for making these classes available.
